The core components of our current governance documents are sound but some fine-tuning is needed to ensure they are aligned with our organisational values, in particular being member-led, inclusive and dynamic. In November 2016 the UKIA Board agreed for a new Members Agreement to be drafted and circulated to members for consultation.
The Support Hub have drafted the below and recommend reading the 'clean' version in the first instance. For ease of access we have included the current Members Agreement and Constitution along with a thematic overview of changes.
Members have until the end of February 2017 (date tbc) to comment on the new draft Members Agreement. Comments can be made in three ways:
